In this live and interactive cookout that takes place over 3 weeks, Chef Ping will teach you how to prepare 3 tantalising modern Asian dishes using her very own, hugely popular, and extremely hardworking condiment, Sambal Jam. In combination with seafood, meat, and vegetables, these dishes celebrate the classic flavours and cooking methods found in Southeast Asian cuisine—with a modern twist.

This series will help you take your culinary skills to the next level. Individual or group classes of up to 8 people are available. Your taste buds will thank you!

Curry Mussels with cumin, turmeric, coriander, coconut sugar, garlic, lemongrass, onion, chilies, lime kaffir leaves, and tamarind.
