  • 225g Sweet Potatoes 
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 3 Tablespoon Curry Powder
  • ¼ Cup Water (60ml)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
