Join our Beef Dumplings Cooking Class, where you’ll learn to make delicious dumplings using ready-made wrappers. Perfect for all skill levels, this class will guide you through the steps of preparing flavourful beef fillings and expertly folding your dumplings. It’s a fun, hands-on experience that will leave you with the confidence to recreate these tasty treats at home!

Ingredients

Filling

  1. 450g Napa cabbage 
  2. 500g ground beef or pork
  3. 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  4. 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
  5. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  6. 50g fresh ginger, grated or finely minced 
  7. 2 cloves garlic, grated.
  8. 2 large eggs, whisked
  9. 300gr packaged frozen dumpling wrappers, thawed (Take out from the freezer 1 hour before wrapping)

Dipping Sauce

  1. 3 tablespoons soya sauce
  2. 1  tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  3. 50g ginger thinly sliced
  4. 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

For Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons spring onion

  • Non-stick-skillet with a lid
  • A clean countertop workstation
