Gather your family and friends for an in-person cooking session where you’ll master the art of crafting homemade, mouth-watering pan-fried dumplings featuring your choice of beef, pork, or vegetarian fillings. This experience not only makes preparing this dish a breeze but also adds an element of fun and efficiency as you all cook together.
Ingredients
Filling
- 450g Napa cabbage
- 500g ground beef or pork
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 50g fresh ginger, grated or finely minced
- 2 cloves garlic, grated.
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 300gr packaged frozen dumpling wrappers, thawed (Take out from the freezer 1 hour before wrapping)
Dipping Sauce
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 50g ginger thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
For Garnish
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons spring onion
