In this live and interactive cookout that takes place over 3 weeks, Chef Ping will teach you how to prepare 3 tantalising modern Asian dishes using her very own, hugely popular, and extremely hardworking condiment, Sambal Jam. In combination with seafood, meat, and vegetables, these dishes celebrate the classic flavours and cooking methods found in Southeast Asian cuisine—with a modern twist. Enjoy 2 hours with each class with ingredients and recipes provided in advance.
