Learn to make juicy meat dumplings, steamed to perfection! These delicious bites are simple to prepare and perfect for sharing—dip, savour, and enjoy with family and friends for a fun dim sum night!

Ingredients

Filling for  36 Dumplings

  • 250 gram minced beef
  • 250 gram minced pork
  • 50g Fresh ginger, grated or finely minced
  • 50g Spring Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 Tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 300gr Packaged frozen gyoza or Har Gow Skin dumpling or Gyoza wrappers, thawed 

Dipping Sauce

  1. 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  2. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  3. 3 tablespoons soya sauce
  4. 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  5. 50g ginger thinly sliced

Garnish

    1. 1 Tbsp nori seaweed sprinkle
    2. 2 Tbsp coriander
    3. 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
