- 50g Fresh ginger, grated or finely minced
- 50g Spring Onion finely chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic, grated

- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 300gr Packaged frozen gyoza or Har Gow Skin dumpling or Gyoza wrappers, thawed
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 50g ginger thinly sliced
