DUMPLING SKIN 

    1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
    2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    3. 3/4 cup warm water (adjust as needed)

FILING – 36 DUMPLINGS

    1. 250 gram minced beef
    2. 250 gram minced pork
    3. 50g Fresh ginger, grated or finely minced
    4. 50g Spring Onion finely chopped
    5. 2 Cloves garlic, grated
    6. 1 Tsp sea salt
    7. 2 Tbsp soy sauce
