At Secret Chilli Club, our sessions are built around the intimate connection people make when they learn, prepare, and cook food together. To ensure the highest quality experience, Chef Ping meticulously sources fresh, regional Mediterranean ingredients for our interactive Asian cooking classes well in advance of each event.
Because our collaborative classes rely on precise planning and fresh ingredient procurement tailored to the exact number of attendees, we have established the following policy:
Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours in Advance
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of your class. Cancellations made outside of this 72-hour window are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future class date.
Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours in Advance
Because we purchase perishable ingredients ahead of time specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or free rescheduling for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.
Transferring Your Ticket
If you cannot make it at the last minute, you are more than welcome to send a friend or family member in your place! Please just let us know their name ahead of time so we can properly welcome them to the group.
No-Shows
Participants who do not show up for their scheduled class without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellations by Secret Chilli Club
In the rare event that we need to cancel a pop-up or class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and offered the choice of a full refund or priority booking for a future session.
